Our store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer our Services to you.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products from Foxyardora.
We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving payment problems, suspected fraud, product availability, pricing errors, or other legitimate business reasons.
Your payment must be successfully processed before your order can proceed.
Because many of our products are made to order and may enter production shortly after purchase, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed after an order has been submitted.
Please review your product, size, color, quantity, personalization (if applicable), and shipping information carefully before completing your purchase.
Returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy available on our website.

SECTION 6 — PRINT-ON-DEMAND FULFILLMENT
Certain Foxyardora products are produced and fulfilled through third-party print-on-demand providers, including Printify and its network of print providers.
To fulfill an order, information reasonably necessary to manufacture and deliver your purchase may be provided to applicable fulfillment providers and shipping carriers.
This may include your name, shipping address, order details, and products purchased.
Although third parties may assist with manufacturing, fulfillment, and delivery, customer service regarding purchases made through Foxyardora should be directed to Foxyardora at support@foxyardora.com.
Do not send returns directly to a fulfillment provider unless Foxyardora Customer Support specifically instructs you to do so.
SECTION 7 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Content available through Foxyardora, including our branding, original graphics, text, photographs, website content, and original designs, may be protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may use our Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only unless we expressly authorize otherwise.

However, purchases made from Foxyardora are transactions between you and Foxyardora, not Shopify.
Shopify is not the seller of Foxyardora products.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to alter rights that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable consumer protection law.
